To obtain wholesale status and a wholesale catalog, your business must be a type
to
resell the products in the regular course of business.
Submit the following:
- Copy of business license or copy of resale tax certificate;
- Company letter head / business card indicating your type of business;
- Copy of Yellow Page ad or other advertising;
- Any other proof of business ownership;
- Texas Resale Certificate; Texas
residence: mail signed original.
- Sales Tax Resale Certificate;
- Mail readable documents to:
